The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra might be introduced in India in the near future. Recently, the brand, owned by Lenovo, hinted at its upcoming release in India through a post on social media. This foldable phone, designed in a clamshell format, was unveiled to global markets on April 24 as the successor to the Razr 50 Ultra. It boasts the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, features dual rear cameras with a resolution of 50 megapixels, and incorporates artificial intelligence capabilities. The Indian version of the device is expected to have similar internal specifications. On a post shared on X (previously Twitter) on Sunday, Motorola suggested that the Razr 60 Ultra will deliver a blend of “performance, design, and innovation.” An exclusive microsite promoting the launch has been developed on Amazon, branding the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra as the “world's most powerful AI flip phone.”

The site further verifies that this clamshell foldable device will operate with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, promising “industry-leading AI performance.” It is anticipated to include moto AI, the company's proprietary AI suite, which has recently introduced features such as Next Move, Playlist Studio, Image Studio, and Look and Talk. Motorola has hinted at the possibility of the Razr 60 Ultra being offered in color variations like red, green, and wood-themed designs, which may be Pantone-validated. This aligns with the global variant of the Razr 60 Ultra, which is available in Pantone Rio Red, Pantone Scarab, Pantone Mountain Trail, and Pantone Cabaret hues. It is predicted that the phone will have specifications akin to its international counterpart. Additional information is expected to emerge as the launch of the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra approaches.

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra features a 7-inch 1.5K (1,224 x 2,992 pixels) pOLED LTPO inner display with a refresh rate of 165Hz and a peak brightness of 4,000 nits. Additionally, it includes a 4-inch (1,272 x 1,080 pixels) pOLED LTPO cover screen also with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic. This device runs on the high-performance Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, combined with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and offers up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Operating on Android 15 with Hello UI, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is equipped with a dual rear camera system comprising a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), alongside a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with an f/2.0 aperture. For selfies and video calls, it also features a 50-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture positioned on the inner display. The device is powered by a 4,700mAh battery and supports 68W TurboPower fast charging as well as 30W wireless charging.
