When you are hungry, prefer to take protein. It will keep your meal for a long time. Protein digests slowly and taking carbohydrates will spike your blood sugar. Drink water before your main meal. When your brain signals hunger, it means that your body needs water. Drinking water will prevent from overeating. If you drink warm water before the meal, it will boost your fat burn.

Prefer plant-based protein instead of meat. Prefer a vegetarian diet once every week and this will help in weight loss. Stay away from junk food or fried food. Prefer healthy and nutritious meals and take pulses, paneer, beans and others.
